Service Environment

1. For indoor use, the altitude shall not exceed 1000m;

2. The ambient air temperature is - 5 ℃ ~ + 40 ℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours shall not exceed + 35 ℃. If it exceeds, the capacity shall be reduced according to the actual situation;

3. the relative humidity shall not exceed 50% at the maximum temperature of + 40 ℃, and a large relative humidity is allowed at a lower temperature. For example, 90% at + 20 ℃. It shall be considered that the influence of condensation may occur occasionally due to the change of temperature. The daily average value shall be less than 95%, and the monthly average value shall be less than 90%;

4. The daily average value of steam shall not be greater than 2.2 * 10-3mpa, and the monthly average value shall not be greater than 1.8 * 10-3mpa;

5. The inclination between the equipment and the vertical plane shall not exceed 5 degrees during equipment installation.

6. The seismic intensity shall not exceed 8 degrees

7. No frequent violent vibration

8. The surrounding air shall not be polluted by corrosive or combustible gases, water vapor, etc

9. In case of special use environment or other requirements, it is necessary to negotiate with the manufacturer

Cabinet structure

1. The frame is locally welded and assembled with 8MF cold-formed steel. Its rigidity and bearing capacity meet the installation requirements of electrical components. The frame is provided with installation holes arranged according to e = 20mm and E = 100mm modules respectively, so as to improve the universality of product assembly.

2. The main bus is arranged behind the upper part of the cabinet, and the ZMJ bus clamp is a building block composite structure. Hot injection molding with high flame retardant PPO alloy material has high mechanical strength and insulation, can withstand 50kA effective value and 105kA peak dynamic and thermal stability impact force, and the long-term allowable temperature can reach 120 ℃.

4. 1000mm and 1200mm wide cabinets adopt asymmetric (800 + 200), (800 + 400) double door structure on the front, whole door structure on the 600 and 800 wide cabinets, and symmetrical double door structure on the back of the cabinet. It not only solves the protection of direct electric shock, but also improves the overall beauty and strength, and is also convenient for the manufacturer to form standardized production.

5. The cabinet door is connected with the frame by galvanized rotating shaft hinge. Easy installation and disassembly. Rubber fillets are added at the edge of the door. When the door is closed, the fillets between the door and the cabinet have a certain compression stroke to prevent direct collision between the door edge and the cabinet, and improve the protection grade of the door.

6. The protection level of the front, back, top and both ends of the cabinet shall reach IP30, and can also be selected between IP20 and IP40 according to the requirements of users.
